There are four main rooms measuring:
2 @ 11 1/4" wide x 8" high x 13 " deep, 2 @ 14 1/4 wide x 8" high x 13" deep.
The house is manufactured with the front, sides, roof and base made in 3/8" MDF, the inner walls and floors are constructed from 1/4" MDF, while the individual window sashes are 1/8" MDF. Two chimneys and two staircases complete this ready-to assemble kit, which also include full instructions, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper.
