The house is manufactured with the fronts, sides, roof and base made in 1/4" MDF, the inner walls and floors are constructed from 5/16" MDF, while the individual window sashes are in 1/8" MDF. This ready-to assemble kit also includes full instructions, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper• • Unless indicated Olde English Dollhouse kits are sold as “Unassembled, Unpainted and Unfinished Kits".
